2. Hosting & processors

We rely on these processors to run the service: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and a third-party AI model-routing provider that forwards requests to the underlying model providers. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

3. The service

VinusCLI is a command-line AI coding agent and a hosted, OpenAI-compatible API. The CLI is free to download. A Vinus account and an API key are required to use the hosted models; you may otherwise bring your own third-party model key.

We may add, change or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce a paid plan's core benefits.

4. Accounts

You must provide an accurate e-mail and keep your credentials and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or to generate unlawful content; attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or the credit system; resell or share hosted access outside your account; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or use it to build a competing model-routing product.

The underlying model providers' usage policies also apply to content you send through the hosted API.

6. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans (Pro, Pro+) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Included usage is metered as fair-use credits and never billed per token. Reaching a plan's included usage pauses heavier models until the next reset, unless you top up with a credit pack.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments and credit packs are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

VinusCLI is proprietary software; all rights reserved. You keep all rights to the code and content you create with it, subject to the rights of the underlying model providers in their outputs.

Third-party names and logos (GitHub, Canva, Notion, Linear, IDA Pro, and model names) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

The agent only executes actions you authorize at the autonomy level you choose — always review diffs and use version control. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law
